Hi Everyone! How’s it going?

The topic of health will always be a hot-button barrage of information.
Since we only play ‘doctor’ on TV, we’re not going to lecture you on the how or why.
Instead, we’ve cultivated a cool list of resources to help you create the best version of you!
Before we offer the goods, we’d like to get personal with some important facts for your face.
1.) The goal should be HEALTH, not Weight loss!
Anyone can lose weight via bad advice, starvation, or even worse – BUT – it really sucks when that weight sneaks back on you like a thong in your backside.
It’s important to recognize LIFESTYLE changes! The crucial key to change is adopting ideas or exercises you can continue LONG TERM! Treat your body like the amazing machine it is and listen to what it needs. You wouldn’t expect your car to drive without gas, so you shouldn’t expect yourself to operate without food!
2.) Anything worth having is worth working for – anything easy won’t be worth it!
Get an accountability partner – find support – believe in yourself and your abilities – because it will be challenging.
Even if it isn’t hard, results won’t appear immediately. It takes about 8 to 12 weeks of consistent adherence to your healthy lifestyle before you notice results. So, don’t give up – we believe in you! You got this!
3.) Don’t do it if you hate it or if it hurts!
It seems like that’s counterproductive advice but how can you expect success if you hate it?
You don’t have to hurt to clear your hurdles.
